Never being here before and ordering tickets from them on the internet, I was disappointed. I am claustrophobic and need an aisle seat. I was unable to choose from what was available and forced to take what I was given. Crammed into a corner, I could only see from the center of the stage to the left side. Fortunately no one else was sitting around me so avoiding a full blown panic attack. To top it off, internet said main floor was sold out, as in none were available. On show night, half the main floor was empty. I also think there should be full disclosure on ticket prices. I don’t recall exact pricing but even the most expensive ticket was less than $100. After all their added charges, two tickets were over $300 and they were not the expensive ones. Seats weren’t comfortable but I have suffered through much worse at other venues. It is a beautiful theatre and appears well maintained.

This is a beautiful theatre that I'm proud to have in my area! The architecture is historic and detailed. The staff are very friendly, including the usher volunteers.

Beautiful restoration on an Elkhart icon. Fabulous security personnel, very friendly and helpful ushers, excellent concession staff, it all makes for a wonderful entertainment experience. The box seats are intimate and cozy, I highly recommend the view. Great parking availability if you arrive early. Overall I'm thrilled with the entire experience.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A beautiful theater, but what a shame to let a few drunken patrons ruin the show for the people in the audience. Very weak supervision to let this happen. Even the performers were upset that this kind of behavior was tolerated. I saw several disgusted patrons walk out. I will never attend another show at this theater!

Third time I've been there since returning to the area the theater has been wonderfully restored. There are no bad seats at the Lerner.

I saw a concert here and the whole experience was wonderful! The sound was fabulous and the theater is remarkably beautiful. It's a hidden gem in Elkhart!
